Your stares mesmerizes me,

Your smile made a hole in my chest.

It’s not just a phrase,

Not even just a phase.

It’s what I feel deep down,

Not just for a moment,

but for the longest time.

But I know I can’t have you,

Let my dream remain as a dream.

As I say farewell to those kisses

That shoulda been for me.
